  • 250 grs. of flour.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter (quantity needed).
  • Icing sugar (quantity needed).

  • Warm the milk, add the yeast and stir to dissolve.

  • It's normal for yeast to form bubbles, which means it's reacting to heat.

  • Let this mixture sit for a few minutes for the yeast to work.

  • In a large bowl, place the pre-sifted flour, make a hole in the center and slowly pour in the previous mixture.
