Ingredients

  • 200 grams La Lechera Veggie (if you can't get it, it can also be made with almond milk)
  • 150 grams cake flour (has built-in yeast)
  • 100 grams of Flora Oliva margarine
  • 1 large handful of assorted seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sesame,...)
  • 1 optional egg (if you are ovolactovegetarian)

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Mix the veggie condensed milk, flour and margarine (and the egg, if desired) with a mixer.
  • Step 2
  • Add the handful of seeds and mix well with a spoon.
  • Step 3
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. While on a baking sheet, place baking paper and place portions of the dough (what fits in a soup spoon). Don't put too much of it, as they grow and turn into big cookies. Do not put the portions too close together, since then they grow and can be joined together.
  • Step 4
  • To make them more beautiful, add seeds on top of each portion of dough, and crush it a little, but not much, to make the seeds look good.
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 15 minutes, in the middle part of the oven (position 3) at 180ºC. Check that they are ready, PinchYou can also use condensed milk, but with La Lechera Veggie (made with oats and rice) the cookies are much better. If it comes out dry, they're good to go.
