  • 150 gr. melted butter

  • 120 gr. cold butter
  • 150 gr. flour
  • 120 gr. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon powder

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • For the dough, we must combine the sifted flour, the sugar flower, margarine and butter (both room temperature) in a bowl, mix everything and add the water little by little. Put everything together (no need to knead) and once everything is well mixed and ensure that there are no pieces of butter or margarine, add orange zest. When the dough is ready, set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes before rolling out in the mold (26 cm).

  • We continue with the crumble; to do this, have a bowl and add cold butter, flour, sugar and cinnamon powder. Sift with your fingers until everything is well mixed and set aside.
