Instructions:

Step 1
• In a bowl, combine the onion and pickles cut in brunoise, then add the mayonnaise (it can be homemade mayonnaise or a rich lactonese) and the ketchup.
Step 2
• We mix the ingredients well, if you think it lacks mayonnaise or ketchup you can add more, everything is to the chef's liking. Finally, add the spoonfuls of whiskey, and that's it.
Step 3
• This sauce is perfect for hamburgers with bacon and cheddar, and/or also for delicious fried potatoes. Don't hesitate to try and share new flavors.
