  • 8-10 small potatoes
  • Pickles, gherkins, and pearl onions
  • Cured meats (prosciutto, salami)
  • Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
  • Fresh bread, sliced

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Boil the potatoes until they are tender, usually for about 15-20 minutes.

  • While the potatoes are cooking, cut the Raclette cheese into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
