Instructions:
Step 1
We caramelized the bottom of our mold.

We'll start by chopping up our nougat tablet (they don't have to be small pieces, just enough so that when you whisk it will fall apart).
Step 3
In the mixer bowl, add the nougat, the cream and the sachets of custard preparation.
Step 4
Whisk very well, until you get a cream without lumps. Pour our cream into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat, without stopping stirring.
Step 5
When it starts to boil, remove them and pour it into our mold.
Step 6
Let it cool to room temperature, and then if not, it will be consumed immediately in the refrigerator.
