Ingredients

  • 70-100 g spelt flour
  • 70-100 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 foal burger (or another)
  • 1 slice of pineapple in its juice
  • Goat roll
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • Spices to taste (onion powder, cinnamon, oregano, pepper...)

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • On the one hand, we mix the Greek yogurt with the spelt flour in equal parts until we have a dough. We give it the desired shape and do 20 minutes in Airfryer at 160ºC
  • Step 2
  • We prepare the hamburger, and the pineapple on the grill; when we turn the hamburger over, we place the slices of goat's roll on top so that it melts
  • Step 3
  • Cut the bread in half, assemble our hamburger and enjoy the delicious and healthy food!
  • Step 4
  • I accompanied it with sweet potato chips: Cut into sticks, mix with spices to taste, cook 5 minutes in the microwave to soften them and then 10 minutes at 180ºC in the Airfryer.
