Instructions:
Step 1
First we are going to start making a stir-fry with all the vegetables. In a pot, add a spoonful of olive oil and add the onion, the leek and the chopped garlic, the pepper and a carrot and then the tomato that we had previously peeled and shredded.
Step 2
Take the lentils out of the jar and put them in a colander. We wash them well with water.
Step 3
When we have the fried vegetables done, add a large glass of water and with the blender we grind well until there are no lumps.
Step 4
Add the peeled, washed and chopped potatoes and the skinless and washed carrot that we have left.
Step 5
Add another cup of water and add the teaspoon of paprika, the teaspoon of black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Step 6
Cook for about 20 minutes on medium/low heat.
Step 7
Add the lentils and cook for another 15 minutes. Put on a strong fire for the last few minutes, making sure that they don't stick to you. And they would be ready!
