Peel and cut the mushrooms and zucchini into very small cubes.

Cut the onion into julienne strips.

Put oil in the pan and fry all the vegetables we just cut. First the onion and, when it starts to change color, the zucchini. When everything is about to be done, add the mushrooms.

Once the vegetables are done, reserve on a plate with absorbent paper

On the other hand, in a bowl, beat the three eggs with half a glass of milk. When everything is mixed, add the cheese and mix everything well with the mixer.

Chop basil and add it to the bowl.

Mix the cooked vegetables with the mixture we have in the bowl.

In a baking dish (use baking paper or a splash of oil so that it doesn't stick), put the shortcrust pastry and prick it with a fork to make some holes in it.

When the dough is ready and punctured, we add the mixture we had in the prepared bowl.

Cut a tomato into slices and put it on top as decoration.

Put the mold with everything in the oven for half an hour at approximately 180°.
