Recipe of Christmas cake

Ingredients

• Sponge cake ingredients
• 1 8\” inch mold
• 3 eggs
• 225 grams sugar
• 225 grams oil
• 225 grams flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• 3/4 cup milk
• Coverage and padding
• 250 grams unsalted butter
• 250 grams icing sugar
• Optional: food gel coloring.

Directions

   In a large bowl we are going to mix the eggs with the sugar.

   Once we have the eggs and sugar integrated, add the oil and vanilla and mix it again so that it integrates.

   We continue with the sifted flour and do it in batches of two or three times, exchanging with milk.

   Once everything is mixed, we add the baking powder to it. And we mix again.

   Finally, we take it to an oven at 180°C with heat up and down for 40 - 45 minutes.
