Recipe of Fish skewers with black butter and beer.

Ingredients

• 400 grams swordfish steaks in 3 cm
• 2 tablespoons salt
• Black Pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 100 grams butter
• 1 tsp fresh tarragon
• 1 tablespoon capers
• 100 ml beer.

Directions

   Insert two fish cubes into each skewer stick, season with a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper and brown in the pregreased hot pan, remove the skewers and reserve in a platter.

   Put the tarragon butter and capers in the glass, a teaspoon of a pinch of pepper, program 5 minutes varoma speed 2.

   Add the beer and program 3 minutes varoma speed 2 without putting on the beaker to facilitate evaporation, put the black butter on the skewers and serve.
