Recipe of Butter and Peach Heart Cookies

Ingredients

• 200 g butter
• 80 g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 280 g flour
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• To taste Marmalade.

Directions

   Preheat the oven to 180 C. Heat the butter until it softens.

   Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and soft butter in a bowl. Mix until everything is together.

   Sift the flour and add it to the previous mixture. Mix until the dough is manageable with your hands.

   Make balls with the dough and place them on parchment paper. With a glass, flatten them and make the shape of a heart with your fingers.

   Put the jam in the heart-shaped holes.

   Put in the oven for 15/20 min at 180 C.

   Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Make the most of it!
