Recipe of Cornstarch Alfajores stuffed with delicacy

In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, icing sugar and a pinch of salt, mix well.

Then make a hole in the center and put the semi-melted butter, eggs, yolks, vanilla essence and mix well until you form a dough that doesn't stick (be careful not to knead just put it together).

In the refrigerator for 10 minutes and the dough is ready. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough approximately 1/2 cm. Or less, cut into circles, my circles are 2.5 cm wide.

Cook for 8 minutes at 190° and that's it, the tapas for the cornstarch alfajores are ready.

Wait for them to cool and fill with delicacy, you can garnish with grated coconut or dip them in white or dark chocolate. I didn't have anything to garnish but they're still delicious.
