Recipe of Homemade cocoa cream (Nocilla/Nutella)

Ingredients

• 100 g roasted hazelnuts
• 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 100 ml oat drink
• 40 g pure cocoa powder
• 40 g white sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence.

   The hazelnuts are ground with the oil

   When it is well ground, the rest of the ingredients are added until the mixture is homogeneous.

   Keep in the fridge until ready to spread.
