Recipe of Savory Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

• 300 g pumpkin (heavy already done)
• 1 egg
• 25 g wholemeal spelt flour
• 15 g oat bran (or wholemeal flour)
• 5 g yeast

Directions

   Whisk all the ingredients, I filled them with tacos of Burgos cheese and decorated with sesame, seeds and oregano

   Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees 20-25 minutes, it's that easy!!
