Rinse the snails thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.

Place the snails in a large pot of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.

Remove the snails from the pot and use a toothpick to pick them out from their shells.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Stir the butter mixture until well combined and creamy.

Place a small amount of the garlic butter mixture into each snail shell.

Return the snails to their shells, pressing them gently into the butter mixture.

Arrange the filled snail shells on a baking sheet.
