Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large pot, boil the fresh chard until tender. Drain and chop finely.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until it's soft and translucent.

Add the chopped chard to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a pie dish.

Spread half of the chard mixture evenly on top of the pastry.

Arrange a layer of hard-boiled egg slices on top of the chard.

Sprinkle grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the eggs.

Add the remaining chard mixture as the next layer.

Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top. Seal the edges with the bottom pastry sheet.

Beat one egg and brush it over the top pastry for a golden finish.

Bake the Pascualina in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until it's golden brown and the filling is set.
