Recipe of Quick and easy lemon cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 spoonful of butter
• 1 egg
• 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
• 2 cups of flour with baking powder
• Zest of 1 lemon or you can alternatively use vanilla essence

   Place the butter in a pot or bowl and stir it until a paste forms

   Place the egg and mix well with the butter

   Add the milk and flour to the mixture

   Additionally, add the grated lemon or a small spoonful of vanilla essence (not much otherwise it will be very strong)

   Stir the mixture very well until it is smooth

   Place the mixture in a mold and let it cook in the oven for about 50 minutes at about 180°C

   Take the cake out of the oven and voilá wait for it to cool for about 30 to 45 minutes! (don't consume it hot it can hurt your stomach)
