    If you have a vegetable grater to make spaghetti, use it to form the zucchini strips, although they also sell it already cut. I do it with a food processor.

    Chop the garlic cloves and dip them in a little oil

    Add the zucchini strips, a little ground chilli pepper and salt and white pepper to taste. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat

    Add the hake noodles, stir and leave another 3 minutes on medium heat.

    Serve and put some lemon salt flakes on top.
