Recipe of Cookie custard at Monsieur Cuisine.

Ingredients

• 14 cookies of our taste
• 500 ml milk
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 1 splash of brandy (optional)
• 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
• Liquid caramel.

Directions

   Put the caramel in a microwave-safe flanger covering the bottom and sides.

   We put the cookies in the glass and program to grind them (or they can also be crushed in a mortar)

   30 seconds/speed 10

   Add the rest of the ingredients and program to whisk (it can be done with a mixer).

   Add to the flange and put in the microwave for about 10 minutes at 900 W of power (adjust the time to other powers).

   Take it out and let it cool in the fridge.
