Preheat the oven to 250ºC

Mix the flours, baking powders and sugar or stevia.

Add the oil and stir with your hands until you get a sandblasting.

Add an egg and start integrating the ingredients, you don't have to knead, just put them together. You can add some milk in case it doesn't come together well.

Whisk the remaining egg.

Flour the counter and stretch the dough with a kitchen stick.
