Recipe of Dessert from my house.

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 liter of milk
• 6 spoons sugar
• 5 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon flanin
• 200 g Philadelphia
• 18 Maria cookies
• 100 g dark chocolate and a splash of milk
• 1 tablespoon butter.

Directions

   In a bowl, put the eggs and sugar, beat

   Add the milk, cornstarch and flanin and mix

   Put on the fire, medium heat without stopping spinning until it has a cream-like consistency

   Take it off the heat and add the Philadelphia and mix until it is well integrated into the cream.

   In glasses, bowls or glasses we put basic biscuit, cream on top, then biscuit and then cream

   We finish with the chocolate that we have melted together with the milk in the microwave, mixing well and at the end adding the butter
