    Put the cookies in the Thermomix and grind them for 5 seconds at speed 7.

    Pour in the butter in pieces and grind again for 5 seconds at speed 5.

    Pour the biscuit and butter mixture into the mold to be used and press with a spoon so that the base is compact and smooth.
