Fry the chicken thighs in plenty of oil for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

Once fried, place the thighs in a pot and cover with enough water, heat over medium heat.

Cover the pot when it boils and lower it to a minimum heat, cook for 20 minutes.

In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Knead until the mixture doesn't stick to your hands and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken, drain the water and let it cool.
