Recipe of Healthy oatmeal cookies
Vida Recetas Editorial
Healthy oatmeal cookies are a perfect option for those looking for a sweet treat without giving up a balanced diet. This recipe, suitable for vegans and gluten-free (if you use certified oats), combines the fiber of oats with the natural sweetness of dates, the crunchy touch of almond flour, and the warm aroma of cinnamon. The result is a cookie that is slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, ideal for breakfast, snack time, or as a healthy treat any time of day.
Its origin is inspired by traditional baking, but adapted to a healthier lifestyle, without refined sugars or processed flours. They are very easy to make, even for beginners, and require few ingredients and little preparation time.
You can customize them by adding dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or raisins, and adjust the texture to your liking: thinner for crispier cookies, or thicker for a softer texture. Store them in an airtight container and enjoy them for several days, if they last that long.
