Recipe of Chocolate pa de pessic fit en lékué

Ingredients

• 2 ripe Canarian bananas
• 2 tsp erythritol
• 10 g almond flour
• 80 g oat drink
• 2 tablespoons organic wholemeal oatmeal
• 4 teaspoons fat-free, unsweetened pure cocoa powder
• 1/2 sachet (double) El Tigre gasifier
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 40 g 85% sugar-free chocolate.

   Crush the banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients except 85% chocolate.

   Grease the Lékué steam case, pour the mixture inside and place in the microwave, cook at maximum power (800W) for up to 5 minutes.

   Melt the 85% chocolate in 30 seconds in the microwave, taking care not to burn it. Coat the cake with the melted chocolate.
