To make this recipe you must first cook the pumpkins in water for 15 minutes. Then cut them in half lengthwise and with a spoon the hollowed out.

Remove the pulp and remove excess water from it. Reserve the pumpkin peels.

While you let the bread soak in water; grind the pulp with a fork or chop it with a knife and set aside in a bowl.

Cut the onion into squares and fry it in a pan, then add the ground beef, oregano and a pinch of salt.

Once cooked, remove from the heat.

Preheat the oven to 180º c.

Mix the pulp well, with the meat, cheese and onion, plus the bread and the 2 beaten eggs.

Oil a plate or baking dish for the oven, fill the squash with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC or until golden brown.
