Recipe of Nut and oat cake.

Ingredients

• 125 g oats
• 3 eggs
• 50 g butter
• 2 bananas
• Canela
• Nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon Yeast
• to taste. Seed mix.

Directions

   Crush the banana, put the three eggs, the nutmeg and the cinnamon and stir everything.

   Melt the butter, add it to the mixture and stir. Once everything is incorporated, add the oatmeal and yeast and mix. Since the dough has been a little thick for me, I'm going to put 3 tablespoons of whipping cream. I didn't need Erythritol because with the candy of bananas it works for me.

   We put the seeds. I'm going to put peanuts, almonds, macadamia nuts and cashews.

   Brush the mold with a little oil and put the mixture. Put a little more nuts and bake for 60 minutes.

   After 60 minutes, remove, let it cool and enjoy.
