Recipe of Red salmon curry

Red salmon curry is a dish that combines the creaminess of coconut milk with the spicy and aromatic touch of red curry paste, enhanced by the freshness of salmon and vegetables. This recipe, originally from Thai cuisine but adapted to a home style, is perfect for those looking for a comforting, nutritious, and flavorful meal without complications.

Salmon, rich in omega-3, is cooked directly in the broth, absorbing all the nuances of spices like ginger, lemongrass, and optional chili. Ramen noodles (or any type you prefer) make this dish a complete and satisfying option, ideal for a weekday dinner or to impress your guests.

The combination of peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli adds texture and color, while the touch of lime and fresh cilantro balances the flavors. It is a versatile recipe: you can adjust the amount of broth to make it more or less liquid, or substitute salmon with chicken or tofu.

If you love salmon, this is a different and delicious way to enjoy it. Go ahead and prepare it to discover why it is one of the favorite dishes in many households!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Cut the peppers into julienne strips. We will take them to our pot, with a teaspoon of olive oil and we will begin to brown them. Add the minced garlic once they start to turn color

  2. 2

Once they have picked up the little color, add the diced tomato and let it all fry together for about 5-7 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.

  3. 3

Cut the mushrooms and add to continue sautéing for about 3-5 more minutes

  4. 4

We will add the fish stock. Bring to the boil and keep for another 5 minutes, adding the spices (minus the coriander), the lime juice and the red curry paste. Meanwhile... cut the broccoli into small trees and add it to let it cook for 5 more minutes.

  5. 5

Add the noodles and the salmon in pieces, leave for a couple of minutes (in this case we will let them cook with the residual heat) and turn off the heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes and the salmon will have been cooked for us.

  6. 6

Once it has rested, we will plate it by adding the chopped coriander and that's it!!
