Recipe of Fricandela
In Chile, many types of sandwiches are consumed, one of the best known being fricandela. A sandwich based on French bread with a hamburger, so far nothing from the other world; but the great secret of this sandwich lies in the sauce and today we teach you how to prepare it, as it has been prepared for years, in a simple and easy way. Make a stir-fry with the onion, oregano, garlic cloves, chili pepper and salt. Once golden brown, add the boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring, on a medium low flame. Add water if it gets dry.

Let the stir-fry cool down.

Mix the meat with the parsley leaves and a pinch of salt. Then add the sauce, egg and breadcrumbs. Integrate with your hands until you get a homogeneous porridge.

Heat up a frying pan or pan, add a little oil.

Make balls with the mixture and brown them in the pan on each side and side.

Add the 200 ml of boiling water to the fountain.

Add the tomatoes to the platter and place in the oven for 18 minutes at 200º C.

On a French or marraquette bread, open it in half and place a slice of tomato, on top of it the fricandela, mayonnaise, mustard, green chili pepper and cover with the other half of the bread.
