Recipe of Microwave cake

Ingredients

• 55 g white spelt flour or regular wheat flour
• 1/2 on yeast
• 3-4 tablespoons erythritol or 3 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 natural yoghurt
• Vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate chips

Directions

   Mix the flour with the baking powder and erythritol. Add the egg and yogurt and mix everything. Also a little vanilla and cinnamon powder.

   Cut 5-6 ounces of chocolate into small pieces, place on top and sink a little.

   Place in a microwave-safe glass mold for about 4 minutes

   Turn over, put on a plate and decorate.
