Recipe of Custard cake.

Ingredients

• 1 sachet Ready for custard
• 1 glass of milk
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup sunflower oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (optional)
• 3 eggs size L
• 1 sachet of yeast
• Icing sugar to sprinkle on top.

Directions

   Whisk together eggs, sugar, milk and oil

   Add the custard packet and vanilla sugar

   Add the Yeast and Flour

   Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180 heat up and down

   Grease a mold with butter and add the mixture

6. 6

   Place in the oven and leave for about 45 minutes.
