Recipe of Micro-fried egg custard with caramel

Looking for an easy and quick custard? This microwave egg custard with caramel is the perfect solution. In just a few minutes and with basic ingredients, you'll get a creamy and delicious dessert, ideal for those who don't have much time or don't want to complicate things with the oven. Originating from Spanish cuisine, custard is a classic that here is reinvented in an express version.

This recipe is perfect for beginners, students, or anyone who wants to treat themselves without effort. Plus, it's designed to fit low-sugar diets, as it uses erythritol as a sweetener. The caramel touch is achieved with a mixture of erythritol, milk, and baking soda, which in the microwave acquires that characteristic toasted color.

You can customize it with your favorite sweetener or even add a bit of cinnamon or lemon zest to the mixture. Serve the custard well chilled, unmolded onto a plate, and surprise your guests with this marvel. Don't wait any longer and try this microwave custard!

When we have it, we put the mixture of the custard ingredients in that same cup and take 2 minutes to the microwave. Make it a big cup and that you have plenty of space.
