Wash the meats and season them with salt, pepper and oregano.

Saute 1 clove of garlic, minced, in a pot until golden brown. Then add the chicken and liver, previously seasoned, and let it cook until golden brown. Reserve the pieces of meat.

In the same pot, add the beans, without tips, and chopped and the grated tomato, let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add the rice and 2 tablespoons of oil and let it sauté, add the pepper and stir everything.

Return the meats to preparation and cover with the 750 ml of chicken broth, add a pinch of salt and rectify, only if necessary. Let it cook for 8 minutes on high heat and then 9 minutes on medium heat. After that time, add the lemon juice and stir.

Add oil to a pan and sauté the remaining garlic clove, chopped into slices. Add the parsley, mix and spread it over the rice, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
