Recipe of Gluten-free apple pie
If you are looking for an easy and delicious gluten-free apple pie, this recipe is perfect for you. With a texture similar to a flan but more consistent, this dessert surprises with its simplicity and flavor. Originating from home cooking, this pie has become a classic for those seeking gluten-free options without giving up sweets. Ideal for celiacs, people with gluten sensitivity, or simply for those who want to try something different.
The recipe uses basic ingredients such as eggs, sugar, soy yogurt, cornstarch, and apples, which combine to achieve a unique texture. Yogurt provides moisture and softness, while cornstarch acts as a natural thickener, replacing wheat flour. The result is a juicy pie with a delicate vanilla flavor and the fresh touch of apple.
This pie is perfect for a snack, dessert after a meal, or even to bring to a celebration. You can adapt it by adding chocolate chips or nuts for an extra touch. Moreover, its preparation is so simple that even beginners in the kitchen can enjoy a spectacular result.
