Recipe of Courgettes stuffed with turkey or chicken
Stuffed courgette with turkey or chicken is an easy, healthy, and very versatile recipe, perfect for adding vegetables to the whole family's diet. This dish, of Mediterranean origin, takes advantage of the courgette's mild flavor as a natural container for a juicy and tasty filling made with minced meat, tomato, onion, and spices. Its preparation is simple and the result is a complete and balanced dish, ideal for a light dinner or a nutritious lunch.
The key to this recipe is hollowing out the courgette and using its flesh in the sauce, which intensifies the flavor and avoids waste. The combination of turkey and chicken with tomato and basil creates an aromatic filling, while the melted burrata adds a creamy texture and a gourmet touch. It is an excellent option for those looking to eat healthily without sacrificing flavor, and also to surprise guests with a colorful and elegant dish.
You can adapt the recipe to your taste: substitute burrata with mozzarella, add other vegetables like bell pepper or mushrooms, or even use beef for a heartier version. Either way, the result will be a delicious dish that will win everyone over.
