Season the pork chops or chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Dredge each piece in flour, ensuring an even coating.

Dip them in beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.

Coat each piece with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C).

Carefully fry the breaded cutlets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
