How to Make Papaya peel juice
Instructions
- Peel the papaya and place the peels and seeds in a pot to boil. I left them for about 30 minutes approximately.
- After the cooking time, strain everything and reserve the cooking water and the cooked shells.
- Place the drained shells in the mini mixer and add some of the cooking juice. (I drained it so that I could remove the seeds)
- Process the cooked shells until there is a cream left.
- Add the shell paste to the cooking water, sweeten to taste and refill the jar with bottled water.
- Healthy, rich and also avoid creating unnecessary organic waste.
