Instructions
- Peel and cut the YUCA into pieces of equal size. I do it in large slices and then in wedges.
- Cook in WATER until tender. You will notice why it changes from white to a more yellowish tone. At that time, drain and coat in a mixture of equal parts of FLOUR and BREADCRUMBS.
- Fry in OIL until golden and crisp. Transfer to a plate with kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Add SALT. You can flavor them with guacamole, garlic sauce, or whatever you like best.
