How to Make Trout skewers and wings
Instructions
- Assemble the skewers with two or three winged trout. Book.
- Once we have controlled the fire on the grill, let it be at a high temperature (when you place your hand on the grill, the heat can be endured for up to 5 seconds). Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 15 minutes on each side. When turning, add just the salt, so as not to lose their juice.
