How to Make Chicken Nuggets
Instructions
- Soak the slices of bread with the milk for 10 minutes.
- While mixing the meat, with pepper, an egg, coriander, and some breadcrumbs.
- Add the soaked bread, without the milk and stir everything until the ingredients are integrated. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before continuing.
- Place the flour, the beaten egg and the breadcrumbs in individual slices.
- Remove the mixture from the refrigerator, and with the help of a spoon you are taking out the mixture, pass it through the flour and give it the shape of a crushed ball, repeat this process until you finish the mixture and refrigerate the balls 10 minutes before continuing.
- Pass each nugget through egg and then through breadcrumbs.
- Fry them, in plenty of hot oil, on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown; if you prefer to grill them, add a little oil and leave them for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
