- Once the oil is hot, start taking some pieces of chicken, pass them through the flour and place them in the pan, frying them over medium heat.
- Cut an onion into thin strips of julienne strips and the garlic cloves into thin slices
- Heat a saucepan with oil and sauté the onions with the garlic for about 10 minutes, while they fry, turn the chicken pieces from the other pan over.
- Once the chicken is finished frying, remove it from the heat and very carefully remove the oil that the chicken had in the pan with the onion.
- In the saucepan with the onion, place the tomato sauce, the can of beer and the maggi broth or meat broth tablet.
- Add a little thyme for the scent and stir well.
- Pour the fried chicken into the pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Be very careful that the chicken does not dry out, if the sauce gets dry, pour little boiled water into the pan (not much)
