How to Make Butter and Peach Heart Cookies

Instructions

Step 1
• Preheat the oven to 180 C. Heat the butter until it softens.
Step 2
• Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and soft butter in a bowl. Mix until everything is together.
Step 3
• Sift the flour and add it to the previous mixture. Mix until the dough is manageable with your hands.
Step 4
• Make balls with the dough and place them on parchment paper. With a glass, flatten them and make the shape of a heart with your fingers.
Step 5
• Put the jam in the heart-shaped holes.
Step 6
• Put in the oven for 15/20 min at 180 C.
Step 7
• Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Make the most of it!
