Recipe of Oatmeal and banana cookies
Delicious and healthy, these are the oatmeal and banana cookies that can be enjoyed by all members of the house. Being oat, they are high in fiber and when sweetened with the same ripe banana they are lower in sugar than regular oatmeal cookies. Even so, if you want to add a sweetener you can do it, we suggest agave or stevia powder, but you can use another one to your liking

How to Make Oatmeal and banana cookies
Instructions
- Grind the bananas, add the cinnamon, vanilla, 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Add the oats little by little, until it forms a dough.
- Wet your hands, remove portions and shape your cookies.
- Butter a baking tray.
- Place the cookies leaving a space between them, as they tend to stretch a little.
- Preheat the oven to 180º
- Bake them for 20 minutes at the same temperature.
