How to Make Butter cookies
Instructions
- Pour the butter with the sugar, to do this you have to beat both ingredients until the sugar dissolves in the butter and it turns into a paste.
- Whisk the eggs with the butter cream.
- Sift the flour over the preparation and mix it with your hand until it forms a dough that does not stick to your fingers.
- Wrap the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with heat up and down
- Remove the dough, place it on a sheet of parchment paper or silicone and, with the help of a kneading stick, stretch it until the desired thickness is achieved.
- With the help of a cookie cutter or knife, cut the dough. Corners that were not used are re-stretched and cut.
