How to Make Cornstarch cookies
Instructions
- Whisk the butter with the sugar until they become a cream, add the condensed milk and mix again. Now add the yolk and wait until it is integrated into the mixture.
- Pour in the cornstarch and knead it into a dough that doesn't stick to your fingers.
- Wrap it in film and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Remove from the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 160º
- Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, cut the mace and make balls with it, put them on the paper taking care not to leave them too close since they will grow in the oven.
- With a fork, pass it over cornstarch, so it doesn't stick to the dough, and you put pressure on the cookies.
- Bake them for 12 minutes at 160º and then let them cool on a rack.
