How to Make Cordiales from Murcia
Instructions
- Knead the ground almonds together with the sugar, the beaten egg and the chopped lemon peel until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Divide the dough into twenty portions and give them a rounded shape.
- Moisten your hands lightly with water, flatten each dough ball, place a teaspoon of angel hair in the center and close the dough so that the filling stays inside, giving them a round shape again.
- Bake at 200ºC for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
