  • To make this salad in the shape of a strudel, cut the tomato into four slices, removing the top and the bottom, which we will use for stir-fries or similar preparations. With the mandolin, cut the cucumber into thin slices.

  • To make a basil oil with which we will dress this strudel, we blanch a branch of basil for one minute in boiling water and then cool it in ice water so that it maintains its color. In a glass, put 100 ml of virgin olive oil and add the basil and then grind. We store the basil oil in a dark place by covering the glass with a kitchen film until ready to use.
