How to Make Corn cream

- In a pot, sauté the onion and the previously cut garlic with butter. Then add the corn and add three cups of boiling water.
- Once the corn is cooked, we put out the fire and in a juicer we liquefy everything.
- After we have liquefied the corn, we pass the liquid through a Chinese (or sieve) and remove the skin.
- Put the liquid back into the pot, add the cup of whole milk and stir gently with a manual sieve so that it doesn't stick to us in the pot, wait for it to thicken and boil, turn off the heat.
- Serve in a deep plate and garnish with cilantro, parsley or even some delicious croutons.
