How to Make Vegetable lasagna

    Step 1
  • Cook the lasagna doughs, taking care that they don't stick together. It is best to cook them in groups of two to three sheets.
  • Step 2
  • In a pan or pot, put 3 tablespoons of oil and add the mushrooms, let them fry for a couple of minutes and set them aside.
  • Step 3
  • Fry the carrots and set them aside; add oil again and sauté the spinach with a pinch of salt for a couple of minutes.
  • Step 4
  • In a pot, place the butter to melt, then add the flour and stir as quickly as you can to cook it and prevent it from sticking. When it changes color, add a little bit of milk without stopping stirring, since this way you will prevent lumps from forming in the sauce. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
  • If it happens that there are lumps, undissolved traces of flour, you can pass it through a sieve and filter out the impurities.
  • Step 6
  • To assemble, spread a layer of white sauce over a dish suitable for the oven.
  • Step 7
  • For the first layer, place two pieces of dough and on top of it spinach, which you will cover with a layer of white sauce.
  • Step 8
  • For the second layer, place two pieces of dough, white sauce, mushrooms and some grated cheese
  • Step 9
  • For the third layer, add white sauce, carrot and cover again with white sauce.
  • Step 10
  • For the fourth layer, add the dough, sauce and spinach
  • Step 11
  • For the last layer, place two pieces of mace, white sauce and cover with the rest of the cheese.
  • Step 12
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180º C or until the cheese is grated.
